In Philippines, RV registers its commercial business with the best Dermatology range for adults and children. In short span we are able to acquire a robust National presence through continous marketing and sales efforts to reach out to 3200 Dermatology Physicians and Pediatricians in Philippines.

Acquisition of OPV Pharmaceuticals

RV Group successfully acquired one of the leading and the oldest private pharmaceutical firm in Vietnam, OPV Pharmaceuticals in Bien Hoa industrial Estate, HCMC. This General purpose oral solid dosage facility, oral liquids and creams has further entrenched RV in Vietnam. OPV is a leading OTC and Ethical player with established brands like Ameflu, Star Sore Throat, Tydol and many others. OPV now forms the fulcrum for RV’s growth in Vietnam and ASEAN region. Signed up a further two assets with Extrovis for entry into US/EU and Rest of the World.

Acquisition of BRV Pharma

Acquisition of BRV Pharma in Cu Chi Industrial estate, HCMC, Vietnam. This is an oral solid dosage general purpose, oral liquids and Oncology orals manufacturing entity which was the first foray for the company in the Vietnam market in line with government strategy to encourage local manufacturing.
