Rajiv Sharma

Chairman and Founder

Mr Rajiv Sharma is the principal founder of the RV Group and has more than 30 years of experience in pharmaceuticals. Before starting his venture, he was the Country Head for Ranbaxy for Indochina. He is a people’s leader with a superb head for business opportunities and the ability to take calculated risks. He has been able to build a formidable management team through epitomizing entrepreneurship of the highest order, trust, and empowerment.

Nguyen Thi Thu Huyen

CEO, RELIV JSC Vietnam

Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thu Huyen is one of the founders of RV Group. She has over 20 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry and is the CEO of RELIV JSC Vietnam. An excellent leader in marketing strategies, Mrs. Huyen has experience in the production & manufacturing field with many successful endeavors over the past 13 years.

Vinod Dhawan

Former Chairman and now mentor of RV Group

An alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad with degrees in textile technology and science from the Textile Institute of Technology, Bhiwani, and St Stephen’s College, Delhi, respectively, he started his career in the textile industry eventually moving into FMCG and later to Pharmaceutical sector. During his career of 45+ years, he worked with global well reputed companies like Lupin, Ranbaxy, Cadbury, and Hindustan Lever, handling various roles in Commercial, Sales & Marketing, General Management and HR for large geographies. His last assignment was with Lupin as the Group President for APAC, Africa, Middle East, and America. Prior to joining Lupin from Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd, Mr. Dhawan was heading Ranbaxy’s solid dosage forms business in the Asia Pacific and Latin America as Regional Director since 1998. Before Ranbaxy, Mr. Dhawan was with Cadbury India Ltd as Vice President Sales of Dairy Products and was also a Director on its Board.

Subrata Burman

Technical Director

Mr. Subrata Burman has a master’s in pharmacy with a vast experience of more than 42 Years’ in all manufacturing/sourcing facets of pharmaceutical industry. He worked with various pharmaceutical industries like Hisun Pharmaceutical Limited, China, APC Pharmaceutical Shanghai, Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd India, Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd China, Concept Pharmaceuticals Ltd, May and Baker India Limited, German Remedies Ltd., Roussel Pharmaceuticals India Limited. During this period, he managed formulation plants, implementing CGMP, managing Regulatory affairs, Formulation development and QA. Has experience of all dosage forms, also having experience of running API manufacturing plant and Pharmaceutical machinery factory with all commercial activities from vendor development to procurement. Experience in green field (as well as Brown Field) projects from concept design to plant erection, commissioning, and validation. He has worked/set-up many pharmaceutical plants which are recognized as CGMP plants from the respective regulatory bodies like MHRA, US FDA, TGA, and that of the country like India FDA, China SFDA. Handled Regulatory activity for product registration in India, China, Brazil, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, and Nigeria. EU and Canada.
